2 pm
Starting at the hotel with gettin ready pictures.
Good time to take pictures of the details.
Done inside your room.
Rings, flowers, invitations, shoes, dress, perfume etc.
Bride alone
Groom alone
Location pictures outside and inside the hotel will be done at this time.
TIP
Book your room on the upper floor and make sure your room has a balcony with a view towards the lake.
2:40 pm
First Look – Reading your vows
We will go to a beautiful spot in the garden or at another scenic location nearby.
TIP
After arriving to your hotel, take a look outside for quiet and ideal location for your first look. And also locations for bridal portraits.
3 pm
Ceremony
Officiant will perform the ceremony, the couple can also say their vows at this time.
This couple chose their hotel balcony overlooking the gardens and the lake for their symbolic wedding.
They also had a set up to transmit the ceremony Live to their family and friends overseas.
We also offer option to capture your ceremony in Video to share with your family when you return home.
TIP
Ladies use a waterproof mascara and lipstick that is smear proof or does not easily come off.
Having a box of tissues also comes handy.
3:30 pm
Celebrate
You did it!
Now is a good time to celebrate and pop a bottle of bubbly.
Take your time to share the joy love and laughter.
This is a also a good time for your First Dance.
TIP
We will bring a bottle of bubbly with us.
Have fluted glasses and wine bucket with ice ready.
Small cake can also be brought by us.
4:15 pm – 5 pm
Portraits inside
Time for your romantic Portraits
It’s important to allow enough time to capture them.
We will be going to several different locations.
First taking pictures inside the hotel.
Such as the bar, lounge and stairway.
5 – 7 pm
Portraits outside
We will visit several locations.
Take a walk by the scenic lake, visit wonderful gardens and other historical buildings.
Why not take a stroll at downtown. Enjoying a gelato, sharing a slice of Pizza. Or Wine tasting, you decide, it’s your special day! Let’s make it fun. Rain or shine, you will have a great time.
Romantic Boat ride will also be included. We can also provide a drone for amazing aerial pictures or video. To show the stunning scenery and location of your town or hotel.
7:30 – 8 pm
Romantic Dinner
Get ready for your romantic dinner at your favorite restaurant. Enjoy a wonderful, Italian meal with your favorite bottle of wine.
Congratulations, you are officially Mr and Mrs.
Enjoy your honeymoon.
Your sneak peek pictures will be posted within 48 hours so you can share your beautiful Italian elopement with friends and family.
